Maybe the DW art was influenced by this artwork. Maybe that imagery was in the back of Jack's head from the time of this single until the time he had a band that was appropriate for that sort of creepiness.

Saying that Meg was his sister also was a straight up lie. It would be spectacular if the story were true, but if it is not and it's just what Jack/TMR would like it to be then that's fine with me.

Saying Meg was his sister was a lie in the beginning, but I think it ultimately became a truth because at some point she became family to him. Plus they started that lie long before they had fans outside of Detroit and they ultimately came clean-ish on it. That one doesn't really count in my opinion. I do think there are records hidden in some furniture, that seems like something Jack would do. Someone in this thread references Brian commenting on it back in 2006 or possibly earlier. It's surprising that two have surfaced at the same time, but maybe they waited until two were found before telling us about it. Hopefully in time we'll know more. I do think that TMR loves embellishment but I also think they respect their longtime fans.
