Played for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Almost missed my train back to where I'm staying as a result.

Phone battery's about to die, so I'll keep it brief. Jack very playful tonight, and looked really happy to be there. Opened with Power of My Love. Did a short extract of Carolina Drama for two girls in the front row holding a banner.

At one point he pulled a redhead out of the crowd to stand at the side of the stage, and later pulled another 6-7 girls to join her. Seemed to keep going back over to talk to them, which did get a bit annoying after a while. But good show. Very good show.

Oh, and it was 100% real Fats tonight. No artifical band members at all, so far as I could see.

2. Lazaretto
3. Temporary Ground
4. Hotel Yorba
5. Weep Themselves to sleep tonight (not sure about that)
6. Dead Leaves and the dirty Ground
7. Cannon / John The Relevator / Evil snippet
8. Sixteen Saltines
9. Top Yourself (Band intro / rant)
Encore Break
10. The Hardest Button to Button
11. Alone in my Home
12. (Can't make out my notes here, sorry)
13. Love Interruption
14. You Know That I Know
15. Missing Pieces
16. I'm slowly turning into you
17. Ball and Biscuit
18. Steady, As She Goes
19. My Doorbell
20. We're going to be Friends
21. Hello Operator
22. You Don't Know what love is
23. Just One Drink
24. Seven Nation Army

So no WYFFML or High Ball Stepper.

Jack handed his Gretsch into the crowd at one time of the show.
I'm probably going to write a bit more tomorrow, if anyone is interested..

There was a cover of some sort, performed with the acoustic set-up. Can't remember the lyrics, but it sounded like some sort of sea shanty.

Is it just me or does Jack look about 15 years younger in those videos?

Also, how friggin' cool was that for him to acknowledge those girls about Carolina Drama?  That's one of my favorite songs and was sad not to hear it on this tour.  That was really awesome of him.

Is that what it is that's making him look so young?

Opened with Power of My Love? Goddamn, that must have been amazing. Hope he's still playing that when he comes around to NYC.

Oh, also, in the pre-Ball and Biscuit jam (which went a bit crazy in itself with Jack falling over a monitor, continuing to play on the floor, and getting one of the road crew to come and lower his mic down to him), he picked up one of the microphones recording the show at the front of the stage and started singing something into it, totally inaudible to the audience.

Noting down some lyrics that had sprung to mind, perhaps?

Some additional things which came to my mind:

I enjoyed Lucius a lot more hearing it live than on the record, they delivered a strong show in my opinion.

Power Of My Love as the opening song was an awesome surprise, I really like his way of performing it.
Jack was pretty talkative, speaking about Mozart and Beethoven (how they wrote a whole "intro theme"(=overture?) for an opera and how nowadays a song intro only lasts 3 seconds), but also about how the current young generation can't tell what's making the sound in the music they're listening to.
I was pretty staggered when they went for a break after only 9 songs, since I had the impression that the crowd was pretty responsive and the band members were constantly smiling. Luckily the encore was a bit longer.  :P

Jack picking out so many girls throughout the show was a bit strange, but he seemed to enjoy their attention on the side of the stage.

@Nutteronabus; the only notes for lyrics I have are for the song between Alone in My Home and Love Interruption and only say "whispering sea...".  I guess this won't help much?^^
