I guess there is unspoken value in always questioning authority. I used to think I was just being difficult, but after seeing/reading this story, it just may save my life or at the very least my dignity.

I've thought about queueing that film up a few times, but I'm afraid it would just piss me off too much and I'd end up yelling at the tv.

It's frustrating, but the pacing is great and the tone is super creepy and uncomfortable. I thought it was great. Hard to believe so many people went along with it for so long. I bet the prank caller was thinking he hit the jackpot with that one. "I can get these people to do ANYTHING! What should I try next?"

Shaylee, what's with the movie where the guy does cartwheels and recites Shakespeare and there's a moon and a train and a building and whatever else? And it repeats this 11 minute movie for EIGHT HOURS. What is THAT about?

At the top of my Netflix streaming list if you're searching for something decent:

1) Freak and Geeks (TV Series)

2) Broken Flowers (Movie; starts a little slow--hang with it)

3) Bob's Burgers (TV Servies - comedy)

4) Workaholics (TV Series - whacky comedy)

These are a bit like shooting fish in a barrel, but if you haven't seen Mad Men or Breaking Bad, then you're missing something special.  This is a complement: I saw "Demetri Martin. Person" last weekend and have been singing "That's where my jokes go after I tell them" every once in a while since.  It was perhaps the best close of a comedy show EVER!

Broken Flowers--yes it did start slow and i've been meaning to return to it

I remember loving Undeclared when it originally aired and was excited to watch it again on Netflix. It didn't hold up quite as well as I remembered it in my head.

my son has been watching That 70's Show and i've caught a few episodes.  now, having grown up in the 70's, i can honestly say that the show doesn't reflect the 70's that i grew up in AT ALL.

if anyone sees that the last season of mad men is up on netflix, please let me know!

4) Workaholics (TV Series - whacky comedy)

I haven't enjoyed the latest episodes as much as the first season. It's become more bland.

I haven't heard of Undeclared until just then. Torrenting because lack of Netflix.

^ Only the first season of Workaholics is on Netflix and that season just flat out kicks.  You're right that it hasn't been as strong recently.

I am enjoying all the love I see here for Freaks And Geeks!  If you liked Martin Starr (Bill on Freaks and Geeks) you might also like Adventureland which is available streaming and I enjoyed quite a bit.  Martin just nailed his character in the movie and the soundtrack alone is worth your two hours.

If you like Martin Starr you should also see Party Down, but it is unfortunately not available on Netflix anymore.

After looking through most of the other countries it appears Denmark and Latin America have the best selections.  While America does have the most movies/TV shows, the other countries seem to have more quality control.  I saw soooo many movies I've been dying to see on Netflix for ages e.g. Latin America has a lot of Hitchcock movies. I'm going to relive Daria and Degrassi Junior High tomorrow.  Can't wait!
