A Clockwork Orange.

One of the strangest movies I've ever seen, but sometimes funny in a Monty Python sort of way. Kind of hard to follow, but I loved the part where he kills this health farm (?) woman with a giant sculpture of a penis. I had no idea the point of that, but it was funny. Isn't it a book also? If so, does anyone know who it's by?

Hey, hey, hey.

Hi, I'm Sarah. I plan on changing my name later on, because there are too many girls named Sarah, and there are too many other good names going to waste. Anyway, I'm yeah... a White Stripes fan. Been one for a little while, not as long as some, but I've got some cred'.

I was about 10 or 11 (I'm fourteen now.) when I heard my first White Stripes song ('Fell In Love With A Girl', on MTV's Greatest Videos of All Time, or whatever, it was back aways. I thought the legos were the coolest, but of course I thought, "I can't understand what they're saying!"). I met up with them when I heard 'Seven Nation Army' back last June or April, and rediscovered this band. Don't masacre me for being fourteen and finally getting a Stripes CD after 'Seven Nation Army'. I know that probably annoys a lot of the seniorities, but what can ya do? My favorite album would have to be... the debut. It was the last record I bought of their's, and I definately saved the best for last. Favorite song... er. It's hard to choose one, so I'll go with 'Do' or 'I'm Finding It Harder to Be a Gentleman'. They're both underrated.

I have this kind of musical evolution... I started with my dad playing me Van Halen and AC/DC, on to boy bands, pop/dance, alternative bands, hard rock/heavy metal bands, strictly indie, now I'm on this combo. platter of country, bluegrass, indie, rock, alternative, 80s, 70s, 60s, and so on. Almost like medication. I play piano, guitar, and I play clarinet for a marching band. I've got the legs for it. (Our first game is this Friday... GO PANTHERS! And... Yeah...)

I don't have much time for computers between schoolwork and sports, but when I do, I'd like to talk with other people that I don't already know about music. There's a lot of people on this forum, so there must be something good about it... I'll have fun chatting up you guys!

Bye,
Sarah
