Haha, yeah - um, wait...  In all seriousness, how is that funny?  That movie had more endings than a Chinese phonebook has Chins...  Fellowship was well adapted (I don't like the books but thought it was well done).  Two Towers was pretty bad, RoTK was almost unwatchable for me.  I saw it in theaters and nearly fell asleep but was too ticked off to pass out and then attempted to extended cut.  I say attempted because it felt like I spent half the film averting my eyes from the travesty that I was confronted with.  Yeah, bad movie.

I love the Immortan Joe!

Here's one I did last summer after going stargazing at a dark sky park:

ugh, the dimensions are screwed up in the post!

Would I be allowed to post paintings which have nudity? I've been trying to work, though inconsistently, on some figurative art.

Thanks!  Did a Hardy Max and am working on a massive War Boys piece will try to post up some pics.
As far as nudity, don't see why not - as long as it's not "pornographic" would assume it would be totally safe here in this thread.

Kevin Smith seems to be trying to ape Quentin Tarantino these days, with the grindhouse-style material.  But yeah, Tusk is pretty damn awful (haven't seen Red State).

In the worst possible way I would agree with this statement completely.  Red State is even more of that kind of rip of style, except it wasn't even irreverent and self-aware.  Instead just odiously crappy.  I mean when you watch, Twins, Junior and then literally just can't seem to make it through one of Smith's movies it says a lot imho.
I know I've gone off about this elsewhere but Superman Vs Batman was also damnably terrible.  Affleck was the only redeeming feature of that film, can't wait for his Batfleck film.

Oh, and Cell.  Forgot about that one.  Cusack and Jackson (Sam) in a crumbling world affected by a strange signal broadcast over all communication frequencies that turns people into rip offs from The Crazies haha!  Based on King's work I didn't have very high hopes but not since Return of The King have I seen a film with such a piteous ending.  No, seriously Cell was just awful.  Acting; terrible.  Directing; what direction?  Plot; non-existent.  Characters?  Didn't give a rats ass about 'em.  This was a bad film in the way that surpasses even Ed Wood...  Gak.

Finally actually got my copy of this!  If anyone doesn't have a rip of this digitized I would be delighted if you definitely didn't PM me, no way of listening to this outside of the house.  Sweet, sweet package imho!

Hah, mine's an old pay-as-you-go type phone, too, so you're not alone in being behind the times there.  Certainly worth sending them an e-mail, either way.  David, the new Vault rep, seems to be a nice guy.

first time in a long time I haven't been laughed out of a room when saying this haha!  I will do that, they were giving me all types of sit about a replacement and then all of a sudden changed their tune and sent me one so it may be the new guy, and if that's the case I can hopefully work something out.  Thanks for the info/heads up - had just assumed the whole run was like this...
