Presumably you'd already made it though? If so, why did you not put us all out of our collective misery with your firearm of truth and factuality?

Yes, all help is gratefully recieved, i've started work on making this thread pretty definitive, but I'll need help from y'all so if you know something and aren't tellin.....umm tell please!

It's not a cover as such but at the Michigan gig they segued the start of the Stooges' TV Eye into Headin' For the Texas Border. Don't know if you count that though.

^ Very unlikely. You had to go through a detector before you entered the venue plus they were searching everyone's bags. Not sure what the detector was detecting though as I had keys and a metal belt buckle on me and nothing registered :wacko:

The version that the Raconteurs did actually most closely resembles the version done by the Move. It can be found on their BBC Sessions. Brendan has covered the Move's Lightning Never Strikes Twice in the past, too.

It is. I saw someone behind me with a camera but as Colin says, it's really not very easy at all. The number of times I've had stuff taken off me going into that place has discouraged me from even trying. The Academy in October should be a piece of piss though.
