I mean for the rather curvaceous actress (some might even call her "fat") to show so much skin...in a comedy series, no less.

Initially didn't they reference her as Fat Lindsay? I think she's curvy and awesome for stripping down for the Buffalo Bill scene. I didn't realize that type of interactive haunted house existed. I NEVER want to experience that. Ever.

I have a hard time believing the people running the haunted house wouldn't get into serious legal trouble for physically assaulting people, or removing their clothes.  I mean, I know there are some pretty extreme haunted houses out there, but that seemed like a contrivance for comedy purposes (which is fine).

Re: Lindsay being referred to as that, I haven't seen anything earlier than the three most recent episodes, so I wouldn't know.  But, regardless, good for her for having the confidence in her appearance that she'll go along with a pretty gratuitous (for any actress, big or small) scene like that.

I'm all caught up now.

My my, this is a filthy show.  Not that there's anything wrong with that.

The whole depression story line is throwing me off a bit... it's been quite dark the past few weeks.  I like what they are trying to do but it's at the expense of the laughs I think.  Still an amazingly funny show, with GREAT characters.  We need more Lindsey, biznitches!

I didn't find the most recent episode to be particularly dark.  If anything, it was a bit more broadly comic (what with the depictions of Jimmy's family) than is typical.  But it is sad that Gretchen's in no position to hear him unload his feelings about his family, so he's seeking a sympathetic ear elsewhere.

Three more eps to go before the season's finished.

Jimmy's family was (mostly) obnoxious and gross, Jimmy himself was flailing and whiny, Lindsay shined in what little screen time she had--and I am drawn to this show! gotta see season 1.

It's on it's way to the library whilst I was on my way down south. I think it should be waiting for me when I return--something to cheer me up.

Glad you liked it, sir! The good news the show is renewed for season 3!

Good finale last night.

Yes, so I guess the depression storyline is all tied up. The only thing I don't understand, and I haven't put that much thought into it, but why was Lindsey crying when she was riding on the side care of the motorcycle after getting her ex back?

She made a comment earlier in the season about not wanting to be in the sidecar in a relationship.  And now that fear has come to pass.

Yay for a Season 3 renewal. I wondered how they were going to wrap up the depression line. Poor Lindsey, but great memory on the sidecar J.C.!

I wouldn't necessarily assume they've "wrapped up" the depression storyline.  Even when on medication, people who suffer from depression or bi-polar disorder often encounter rough patches where the meds either 1) don't work or 2) need to be adjusted.  The notable development here is that Gretchen is willing to use medication to not only help balance herself out, but to make it a bit easier on Jimmy.  In other words, she's willing to make a reasonable compromise (perhaps losing her "edge" a bit in the process) for the sake of their relationship.

I think it would be really disingenuous for the writing staff to have her depressive tendencies disappear altogether going forward.
