I just watched Twin Peaks in it's entirety, and I have to say that it is the single greatest show I have ever seen. If it wasn't for this show, shows like The X-Files and the Sopranos simply would not exist.

If you plan on watching the show, be forewarned: The show begins with a mystery, and half-way through the second season, the mystery is resolved. After that, the quality of the show declines and is not worth watching. Also, the film "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me" is a waste of time.

Still, if you want to see the most brilliant and terrifying show in the history of television, watch Twin Peaks from the pilot until the resolution of the mystery. You will not be disappointed.

But if you don't watch the bits after the mystery is resolved, you won't see David Duchovny in drag. You also won't get to see the retarded ending in the Black Lodge.

Some of the best in tv and some of the worst, all in one series. I <3 Twin Peaks.

Also: Audrey Horne - hubba hubba

I didn't think the movie was a waste, and after the mystery is resolved I would have been happy to see where the show went. You can't expect them to continue investigating the same thing for countless seasons. Too bad it got canceled. :(

Yeah, wasn't that the reason for it's worthless ending anyway? They were informed that they were getting cancelled so they had to wrap it up quick?

edit: The theme song <3<3<3<3

Mine too. And Twin Peaks is one of the best tv shows ever. I've seen all the episodes so many times i kind of don't need to see it for a while now. There's no mystery left! But it's a work of art, Twin Peaks. Not all that many tv shows are.

You know, the last time i watched it, i realized agent Cooper looks just like my brother. Well, back when my brother was less heavy and had longer hair. I told his gf about this observation of mine and she agreed that when they started dating, he really did look like agent Cooper. I mean, jesus, this

could be a picture of my brother from few years back. It's eerie.

Also, i've had a crush on agent Cooper since forever, but suddently i don't...

I have had crushes on so many Twin Peaks characters. Coop, Audrey, Andy, Pete, Shelly, Maddy, Ed.

I think I might have to watch it all again.

Hahahahahahaha, you're such a weirdo.

The rest of them though, hubba hubba for sure. Particularly Big Ed. And Audrey.

You know what disappointed me most about the 'who killed Laura' plot? They hinted at all this overtly sexual stuff between Laura and Bob, that he'd come to her room and do things to her. However, Sarah Palmer never suspected that Leland/Bob was molesting her own daughter? WTF?

That's a pretty big lack of perception there. Was she in on it? Or was she just as crazy as Leland/Bob? OR was Leland/Bob also tormenting her?

And what happened to Sarah Palmer after Leland committed suicide? Was this addressed and I just can't remember, or did they just drop her character after Leland died?

Is there not a scene in Fire Walk With Me where Leland drugs Sarah before going into Laura's room? Or am I mixing things up? I just seem to remember seeing him sedate her and thinking 'ahhhhhhh' but then, maybe I drugged myself.

I remember the drugging, but I mean before that, with the molestation that Laura talks about in her Secret Diary.
