Does it count if it's a traditional song that Dylan covered?

Black Jack Davy definitely doesn't count as a Dylan song in my brain (also those ^^). We used to sing it when I was in elementary school (in a somewhat different form).

I'm surprised it hasn't surfaced yet. It's weird how long these things take to release.

If there are plans to release it at all. Not everything gets shared with the general public. Though it is surprising no one even caught it illicitly on a cellphone.

Kinda like American Epic (at least to the public and not the film festivals)

Latest speculation going 'round about AE is that it'll finally be on BBC/PBS this May.  Last time I checked the companion book at Amazon, it listed a May release dates.  But who the hell knows?  If they need money for licensing before it can be broadcast, they should've started a damned Kickstarter.
