Just a quick clarification on email addresses and which one to use when:

Update from TMR, via Swank's latest post at the Vault:

We've set up a dedicated Third Man Vault email address for you guys. Questions about your subscription, package, log in details, address changes, t shirt sizes, etc can all go to this address and we'll have a helpful person checking them daily to get back to you as quickly as possible. Now you no longer have to post "Where's my package" in the comments section. You can simply email us! Isn't that terrific?

I'm sure there's some confusion out there on whom to email about what. So I'll break it down for you. Feel free to share this to other members:

vault@thirdmanrecords.com - Use this for Vault Platinum package questions, address changes, and anything Vault related. Also used to apply for early entry to shows (when available, usually 10 winners chosen at random)

sales@thirdmanrecords.com - Use this email for shipping and order questions that are NOT Vault related

inquiries@thirdmanrecords.com - Use this for any question not covered by the above two email addresses

I hope this is helpful for everybody. Using these email address properly will help us help you faster and more effectively.

Might want to try the vault@thirdmanrecords.com address first but I'm not sure if these Modlife addresses have any relevance now: customerservice@modlife.com or support@modlife.com - deals with most issues relating to The Vault (e.g. billing or subscription problems). The customerservice one seems to get answered more quickly than the support one

Any additions/corrections welcome - just post in this thread

While you're at it, how about telling everyone how many platinum memberships there are so we cut down the amount of people asking that as well!!

^ Thanks

From White Swirl:

@barrowc and @black.math

The auto renew problem happened to me today too here's what to do.

Email customerservice@modlife.com

Explain the situation

They will cancel your subscription and refund you your $60

Then take the following steps to renew your account with the correct amount:

login to your account and click on MY MODLIFE --> UPGRADE TO PREMIUM --> ADD SUBSCRIPTION --> select Third Man Records --> enter Payment information

I got sorted today just have to wait until payday to resubscribe!

Thanks Sean :)

According to Swank on the comments about TMR extending the supscription deadline there is a new email address:

inquiries@thirdmanrecords.com for questions and registration issues Posted Image

Since it is hard to find on Modlife, here is the Vault FAQ link. It will give you the basic registration/billing/ package info to read before going to customer support.

The answer seems to be "no":

I sent my stuff in May of 2009 and talked to Jack Lawrence in late July about it. At that time he said they were taking demos and he was extremely helpful but I later talked to Ben Blackwell on the phone, he explained they weren't really taking demos and solidified it a couple days later on a Nashville radio show, they aren't looking to develop talent or find the next star I think he said. Its still a developing company and more importantly concept so maybe in the future.

Hello and welcome :)

We aren't Third Man Records - we're just a forum, part of which is about them. Your best bet is probably the inquiries@thirdmanrecords.com or sales@thirdmanrecords.com address, I would think
