What a night that was!!

First time experiencing the no phone policy and it was great, perfect view, everyone taking it in and enjoying themselves. Great performance really on top form.

Songs that really stuck out for me were Consoler.., Bored and Razed, Top Yourself, Hey Gyp.

Only downside was there was no Broken Boy Soldier and no Carolina Drama. But apart from that, amazing show!!

Terrific that you were there and had such a great time!

Apparently there was an "unknown song" listed on setlist.fm last night, do you remember hearing anything not listed now?

To be honest there were a few in the middle I did not recognise but I just put it down to new album songs.

There was one song that struck me as possibly being a cover, although that's pure speculation on my part.

Now That You're Gone felt like it might have gone a bit wrong on stage, but they styled it out. After the band played the intro, it fizzled out as Brendan then sang the first verse acapella, but that might just be how they're playing it live. I guess the new songs are still finding their feet a little bit.

I think we almost got Carolina Drama for a finale, as a tech brought out an acoustic, but Jack sent him away. Much as I'd have loved to hear it live again, I think Hey Gyp better suited the vibe.

Personal highlights for me were Consoler of the Lonely (still can't believe it's only the second time I've seen them play it) and You Don't Understand Me. Roll on Cologne next week.
