I am late to this part of the forum, but having just celebrated a year here in TLR, I wanted to say hello properly. This is the first and only forum I've been a part of and I'm catching on slowly - I am thinking about jumping over to white swirl too...maybe. I am a drummer (Meg is one of my favorites) and a teacher in Nashville, TN. I fell in love with the White Stripes in 2003 and I've celebrated the good times and have struggled through the bad with their music as my soundtrack. Checking in here is always a good part of my day and it's nice to be a part of this community. Here's to a great first year, LR! Cheers!

Special education by degree, but at my school I specialize in working with students who have autism and/or problem behaviors.

hello / (proper) welcome / happy anniversary! props for being a drummer and a special education teacher. i have great respect for people who work with autistic children/children with maladaptive behaviours. i worked for two years doing that (not as a teacher), and boy was that ever stressful.
