The new album just arrived on my door step today. Looking forward to posting a review tonight or tomorrow hopefully.

Mine arrived yesterday, too. I haven't had a chance to unwrap it yet. Could someone who got a signed copy post a picture? Just curious, thank you

Mine is arriving today AND I'm going to the show tonight.  Should be a good day.  I'll try and post a picture of the signed book, if not today, than this weekend.

I received mine yesterday. Listened to it a couple of times already and the jury is out. And for me that "usually" means that an lp is not the usual and eventually I'll fall in love with it. ;)

Got my copy on Saturday but wasn't able to listen to it until last night, wow was I unprepared for the amount of heartache on this album. That Love & Echo Home are beautiful & just... so fucking sad. If I'd heard them two years ago they would have absolutely gutted me. Some of the songs they've been playing live don't work as well on the album IMO, they're all little slower & in some cases the production annoys the hell out of me (especially Hard Habit to Break). Overall it didn't really work as a cohesive album until I drove around with it for a few hours, after that it started clicking. Doubt I'll ever love it the way I love the other albums but I'm looking forward to spending more time with it as It's definitely a slow-burning grower.

I agree with a lot of your points. I am looking forward to hearing some of the tracks live that they haven't played yet.

And yes, I am so glad someone else notices the amount of heartache that this album really brings out. It's beautiful and sad at the same time. I'm not sure where the source material comes from, whether it be influenced by recent events in both or either of their lives, but it feels very real. I've listened to the album 3 times and it is definitely a grower. The lyric zine really is great for this album. It's good to be able to read it and listen. Very nice note from the band in the front of it too thanking people for preordering the album before we've heard it and supporting them.

I like this album better than Blood Pressures. This thing just feels so real, a lot of respect for what they did with it. I want to post a more in depth review, but I'm still taking it all in. For those that have it or are getting it, listen to this multiple times over a few days. I'm just glad to have something fresh and inspiring to listen to.

Amazing show. Love the band, nice mix of songs from their catalog. They look as if they are in good form!!

I love Jamie's stage presence so much. He's like the quiet giant. And I always thought his voice was really seductive but now I just think it's haunting. I was glad to hear more of him on this last lp.

Thank you again Matthew :)
